The National Basketball Association, in partnership with Turner and OneAmericaAppeal.org, are doing their part to support the victims, families, and communities affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria.
Jerseys worn on Opening Night of the 2017-2018 NBA Season have been donated to help support the cause. Jerseys worn by players on the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, defending champion Golden State Warriors, and Houston Rockets are open to the public for bidding on NBA Auctions, powered by Commerce Dynamics Auction Marketplace Solutions. Bidding proceeds from jerseys worn by the likes of LeBron James, Steph Curry, and James Harden will go directly to support relief efforts.
OneAmericaAppeal.org was launched by all five living former American Presidents – Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H. W. Bush, and Jimmy Carter – in order to mobilize fellow citizens into action to support relief efforts benefiting those affected by devastating hurricanes.
