Our partners over at F1 Authentics/Memento Exclusives have raised an incredible £112,333 for charity in an adrenaline-fueled auction featuring Max Verstappen’s signed 2023 Canadian GP-winning race suit, along with a meet-and-greet with the F1 World Champion himself.
It’s one of the biggest auctions we’ve powered to date, capturing the attention of racing enthusiasts and philanthropists alike – perhaps no surprise given the significance of the lot.
This race suit was worn by the two-time World Champion at the 2023 Canadian Grand Prix, where he won his 41st F1 race – equalling three-time World Champion Ayrton Senna’s total.
The incredible achievement also marked Oracle Red Bull Racing’s 100th F1 race win.
Verstappen’s signature graces the race suit, adding a touch of authenticity to an already coveted item. The lucky auction winner will have the privilege of receiving this prized possession at an exclusive meet-and-greet event hosted at the Oracle Red Bull Racing Factory.
It’s not just the thrill of owning a piece of racing history that makes this auction special; it’s the purpose behind it. All proceeds from this auction will be donated to Wings for Life, a charity committed to funding global research projects and clinical trials with the sole aim of finding a cure for spinal cord injury.
