Members of the CDi team recently attended Raps City Social, the MLSE Foundation’s signature fundraising gala hosted at the Royal Ontario Museum.
For one night, the ROM became a Raptors-inspired venue, blending sport, culture, and community in a uniquely Toronto setting. Guests moved through museum exhibits reimagined for the event, explored premium auction items on display, and connected with players throughout the evening, including an unexpected freestyle session that brought a fun, unfiltered energy to the venue.
We were there in support of our client, MLSE, as the Foundation’s auction ran on Real Sports Auction Marketplace. The auction was a key driver of the evening’s fundraising efforts, with exclusive items showcased in standout displays that captured attention and fueled bidding.
It was an unforgettable setting, and an even more powerful reminder of how the right technology, paired with the right partnership, can seamlessly support and elevate a high-profile event while helping the MLSE Foundation raise critical funds for youth and community initiatives.
