The latest feature enhancement for this program is their one-page checkout for not only their Customer Service Reps, but also web-based customers! Great uptake on both channels and more importantly, this feature has paved the way for CDi to provide our Auction Marketplace clients with a more simplified checkout with multiple options (Full Auto Checkout, Hybrid Checkout, and traditional eCommerce Checkout) – an industry first!
