The team at Sirius XM, working with Commerce Dynamics, have completed and successfully launched a full integration with Semafone into the SiriusXM shop

Semafone allows Sirius XM Call Centre agents to take payments safely & securely over the phone, allowing customers to complete credit order entry without Call Centre Agents seeing or hearing any credit card data.

This is one of a series of ongoing improvements to the way SiriusXM enhances transaction security for their customers on their eCommerce site.
